What will you need:
- Floral wires
- Assortment of crepe paper
- Tissue paper
- Good quality Floral tape
- Tacky glue or hot glue gun
Let's start DIY a paper hyacinth flower!!!!
Step 01: Petals of paper hyacinth flower
Cut a piece of purple crepe paper with size 20cm * 6cm, then cut the piece of paper into strands horizontally with a length of 4.8 cm.
Using a 15cm long stem wrap each strand of petals into the stem and then release to create a spiral for each small paper hyacinth's petal.
Wrap each leaf vertically along the stem until done.
Step 02: Leaves of paper hyacinth flower
Cut a 3.5cm * 11cm blue crepe paper, double it, and then attach the floral wire to the center of the leaf of paper hyacinth flower.
Use scissors to shape the leaf as shown below, then wrap green floral tape directly to the trunk.
