Let’s see how to make these easy crepe paper Marigold flowers with full stem and leaves. So easy paper DIY for all of you. Step by step tutorial for crepe paper flower making - do it yourself.
What you will need:
- Floral Tape (Green or Yellow)
- Tacky Glue or Hot Glue gun
- Floral Wires
- Crepe paper
- Tissue paper
Now, let’s DIY paper Marigold flower with me!
Step 01: Pistil of paper Marigold flower
Cut a piece of orange crepe paper size 3 * 14, then trimmed into yarn. Continue using glue tape to roll it on the floral string to create a paper marigold pistil.
Step 02: Petals of paper Marigold flower
Petals will have 2 layers, so cut orange crepe paper with the size 5cm * 30cm; 6cm * 30cm. Then fold a piece of paper into 4 then cut to create petal shape as above.
Fold the completed petals in half and then glue on the wire into the center of the petals, then drag the petals back. Finally, wrap the finished petals into the wire.
Step 03: Calyx of paper Marigold flower
Use a tissue paper wrapped around the bottom to make calyx, then use a yellow floral tape and finish.
Step 04: Leaves of paper Marigold flower
Cut green crepe paper to make petal shape as shown above. Then stick the 3 leaves on the wire firstly. Finally, paste them into 2 pairs of completed leaves.
Use green tape to wrap directly into the body to complete the beautiful paper marigold flower.
