Step 01: Eye of Eyeball paper flowers for Halloween
Cut a piece of plastic with a diameter of 2 cm by the diameter of the petal, then paste it on the prepared sponge bud. Then cut a small piece of black crepe paper to make the eyeballs of the paper flower.
Step 02: Pistil of Eyeball paper flowers for Halloween
Cut crepe paper size 5.5 cm * 25 cm, fold in 4 and then cut into fibers to make pistil. Use your fingers to gently twist the pistil of eyeball paper flowers.
